Day Trippin’ In Elgin…
We did it today! E.B and Opa… We went to Elgin… Had a lunch to remember… Met some very nice (and talented) people… and went thriving afterwards.
We visited Chef Braxton and Brittney in The Cornbread Cafe on Church Street for a late lunch. That was followed by some thriving along the Palmetto State Antique Trail, which runs right through Elgin. We stopped at Kingdom Kloset, Hidden Treasures, B&L Antiques, Ivy House, Rustic Haven, and Tandem Treasures too.
They’ve got a lot of good stuff going on and we’ll post some of our “Saltwater Colors” (digital watercolor painting) too.
If you haven’t been there lately, get with it! The interstate is bringing in a lot of construction outside of town, but downtown still has some comfortably fun places to visit.
Be sure to stop by The Cornbread Cafe and say hello to Chef Braxton and Brittney. Tell them you saw their cartoons on SCTowns.com or on Facebook too!
